Subscription software built around your customers.
A SaaS product needs more than a login and a payment button. I help turn a repeatable customer problem into software people can adopt, pay for, and keep using.
Discuss your project ↗Start with one useful workflow
Before building a platform, define who pays, what problem they return to solve, and what belongs in the first release. Map onboarding, the core task, and the point where customers receive value. A prototype can test the flow before a larger development commitment.
Accounts, organisations, and billing
Plan separate customer workspaces, team invitations, permissions, subscription plans, and account administration together. Billing integrations need to handle failed payments, cancellations, plan changes, and access rules, not just successful checkout.
Operate the product after launch
Agree on data ownership, backups, logging, support responsibilities, and release management. Product analytics should measure whether customers complete important tasks. Hosting and third-party service costs are scoped separately from design and development.

How much does a SaaS platform cost?
SaaS builds are quoted after discovery. The main cost drivers are workflows, user roles, integrations, billing complexity, data migration, and operating requirements. The $499 website starting price does not apply to SaaS platforms.
Can we launch an MVP first?
Yes. Define one useful customer journey and the minimum administration needed to support it. Later features can be prioritised using customer feedback rather than assumptions.
